The 3500/33 16-Channel Relay Module acts as the “logical output” of the 3500 rack. While the monitors (vibration, speed, etc.) detect machine health, this module executes the response.

• Alarm Drive Logic: Each relay can be independently programmed using AND/OR logic to trigger based on Alert (Alarm 1) or Danger (Alarm 2) statuses, “Not-OK” signals, or individual measured variables from any other module in the rack.

• Architecture: It consists of two parts: the Control Module (149986-01), which contains the processor and logic, and the I/O Module (located at the rear), which contains the physical relays.
