The 1771-IXE is an intelligent block-transfer module that converts analog signals from up to 8 thermocouple or millivolt sensors into digital data. It features on-board signal conditioning, scaling, and cold-junction compensation (CJC), which eliminates the need for external transmitters. The module supports a wide variety of thermocouple types (B, E, J, K, R, S, T) and can also be configured for high-accuracy millivolt measurements.
